Most would reckon 1 hour of working out at home equals one hour at the gym. But, at a Gym you get motivation from others. It is nice to be with other people. That might make it simpler to go harder. So one hour at a gym, at a privileged pace, life more motivated, would burn off more calories.
You are really to be congratulated for working out at home. A lot of people can not do that. You have will potential and that is what it takes. Keep up the excellent work. A gym would help but don’t forget what has been working for you so far. Some days it is so much more practical to work out at home.
